Joining and referrals

Participation requires a verified login and approval. You do not need a paid DualBlaster subscription. Share your assigned signup link. Credit applies to new customers who register through that link; existing customers, self-referrals and affiliate-only registrations do not qualify. The assignment stays with that customer after signup. We do not award credit from older browsing or referral clicks.

Commission

The standard commission is 20% of eligible subscription payments actually collected, excluding tax and refunded or disputed revenue. An individually agreed rate remains applicable where recorded. Discounts reduce the commission basis. Provider charges paid directly to Twilio, SendGrid or AWS are not DualBlaster subscription revenue. Free or complimentary access earns no commission. Calculations use currency minor units, rounded down; currencies are accounted for separately.

Timing and payment

Each payment has a 60-day commission hold. Matured positive balances are reviewed for monthly payouts with no minimum. Required payout details and any applicable verification must be complete. Approval reserves the balance; “Paid” means the transfer has been recorded. No earnings or payout amount is guaranteed before a qualifying payment is collected.

Refunds and disputes

A refund or lost dispute can adjust the related commission at any time, including after payout. Partial refunds produce proportional adjustments, never more than that payment’s original commission. An open dispute holds the affected commission while it is resolved. A win releases the hold using the original eligibility date. Overpaid commissions offset future earnings; a negative balance carries forward. We do not automatically debit your bank or card, and ordinary processor or dispute fees are not charged to you. Unclear payment adjustments can remain under review without holding unrelated earnings.

Responsible promotion

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when recommending DualBlaster. Do not use spam, misleading claims, impersonation, fabricated purchases or self-referrals. Access and new referrals may be suspended for review; suspension does not automatically erase earned commission. Any commission adjustment must have an identifiable basis.

Privacy and questions

Your dashboard identifies referrals by a dedicated reference, without customer names or contact details. For a question about a referral, adjustment or payout, include its reference when contacting support. Keep your login and payout details secure.
